| | Mr. Dembroski, until his retirement in January 1998, was a Director and Vice-Chairman of RBC Dominion Securities Limited (now RBC Capital Markets), part of the Royal Bank of Canada. He currently serves on the boards of several publicly traded companies including Cameco Corp., Electrohome Limited, Middlefield Bancorp Ltd., Murphy Oil Corporation, and Extendicare Inc. Mr. Dembroski serves as a member of the Board of the Canadian Opera Company and the Hospital for Sick Children. Mr. Dembroski is a chartered accountant and holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario. | |
