"During the strategic review process and the subsequent sale of Cansolv Technologies Inc., SL&C was of great help in assisting our entrepreneurial technology company sell itself in a difficult situation to a leading global strategic buyer like Shell. We appreciate the extra efforts they brought to the table where and when needed."
