| | Mr. Weidner started his career in 1986 with JP Morgan in Frankfurt and New York. He subsequently worked in Mergers and Acquisition for the BHF-BANK in Frankfurt and Prague from 1989 to 1993, and went on to become head of investment banking with the firm's subsidiary in Prague. Mr. Weidner was with Morgan Stanley in Frankfurt and London from 1994 to 2002, where he was managing director and Co-Head of Mergers and Acquisition for Germany and Austria. He has been partner at Drueker & Co. since 2002, which merged in 2008 with Banca Leonardo, and was renamed Leonardo & Co. Today, Jan Weidner is Managing Director and Co-Head of the German advisory business of Leonardo & Co. Mr Weidner is a Director of Poweo SA and an Advisory Partner of Gehrer Ploetzeneder DDWS Corporate Advisors. Mr. Weidner holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Frankfurt and also studied at the University of Wisconsin. | |
