| | Prior to joining Stuart Lammert & Co. in 2004, Mr. Dembroski worked for 15 years in various capacities within the mergers and acquisitions and investment banking groups within TD Securities Inc. At TD, he was responsible for providing corporate advisory, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and debt/equity investment banking advice to the firm's clients in the capacity of Group Head and Managing Director, Diversified Industries, and, prior to that, Group Head and Managing Director, Global Forest Products Group. Mr. Dembroski is an active investor in a varied group of Canadian and US based operating companies. He is a member of the Board of various public and private companies, and a Board Member and Trustee of FP Newspapers Income Fund (Winnipeg Free Press) and was a member of the Toronto Stock Exchange New Listings Advisory Committee (2000 to 2005). He is currently a Board Member and past-Chair of the Institute of Contemporary Culture at the Royal Ontario Museum and a previous Board member of the Power Plant Contemporary Art Gallery and CANFAR, the Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research. | |
