| | Prior to founding Stuart Lammert & Co. in 2003, Mr. Wisman was a Vice President, Investment Banking with a Canadian based merchant bank. Previously, he was involved with Wilshire Associates; first with the consultancy practice in Amsterdam servicing some of Europe's largest institutional investors; and then, with the Private Markets Group at its Santa Monica, CA headquarters seeking opportunities in the leveraged buyout markets. Prior to that, he was with the investment department of the pension funds of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. Mr. Wisman is a Director of a privately held affiliate company of Anheuscher Busch InBev. He is a Trustee of the Canadian Opera Foundation, and a member of both its Audit Committee and its Investment Committee, as well as a member of the Corporate Development Committee of the Canadian Opera Company. Mr. Wisman is a Member of the Advisory Board of Prisma Business Management. He is also a Director of the Canadian Netherlands Business and Professional Association and a Trustee of the David Ferguson Memorial Fund. Mr. Wisman holds a Doctorandus degree in Business Economics (University of Groningen), has published on the buyout markets, and has made presentations on a number of occasions regarding the workings of, and corporate governance issues in the leveraged buyout markets. | |
