| | Prior to joining Stuart Lammert & Co. in 2008, Mr. Dalglish spent several years with National Bank Financial, where he was responsible for originating and executing strategic advisory and financing transactions as the primary relationship manager to select mid and large cap companies in the diversified, media/telecom and financial sponsor sectors. Prior to his position at National Bank Financial, Mr. Dalglish spent several years with Citigroup Global Markets and it predecessor firm, Salomon Brothers Inc., in New York City where he held positions of increasingly-responsibility leading to Vice President in the Global Telecommunications Group of the Investment Banking Division. Mr. Dalglish's transaction experience with Citigroup Global Markets included more than 25 equity, debt and strategic M&A assignments for public, and some private companies in the telecommunications and media sectors. Mr. Dalglish began his career in 1994 as a Management Consultant with Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group in Toronto, where he worked in varying advisory capacities for many North American companies in the telecommunications, aerospace and financial services sectors. Mr. Dalglish holds a BA with Honours from the University of Western Ontario and a MBA from Dalhousie University. | |
