| | Prior to joining Stuart Lammert & Co. in 2004 as the Chief Financial Officer and a Director, Mr. Dinsmore was a Principal with the BottomLine Group in New York where he consulted to the financial services industry. Since joining Stuart Lammert & Co., he has been responsible for the operations of the firm while also being a key member of the firm's deal activity. He has worked on numerous assignments and client engagements including acting as interim CFO and COO within client organizations. Previously, he was a Manager with A.T. Kearney in New York holding increasingly responsible positions leading to end responsibility for client assignments and quality control. Mr. Dinsmore has also worked as an Associated Consultant to Level 9 Partners, AlixPartners, and the Callydus Group. Client assignments included strategy, corporate development, market analysis, channel analysis, and cost reduction projects. In the years preceding his work at A.T. Kearney, Mr. Dinsmore held various positions with the Space Systems Division of Spar Aerospace Ltd. (now Macdonald Dettwiler & Associates Ltd.) primarily as a Spacecraft Systems Engineer on the RADARSAT program. Mr. Dinsmore holds a MBA from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business, a MSc, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from McGill University. | |
