| | During his almost 40 year career at DuPont, Mr. Findlay has held a number of different positions with DuPont, both domestically and internationally, with increasing responsibilities. Mr. Findlay ended his career at DuPont Canada in the role of Senior Vice-president Corporate Development and Infrastructure. He was also in charge of managing DuPont's global greenhouse gas outputs and, in this role, he was a Vice Chair of the International Emissions Trading Association (IETA). As manager of DuPont's global nylon intermediaries business centered in Houston, Mr. Findlay led the strategy development process. Later, after DuPont acquired a significant position in the flooring business (including 60 retail locations in the US), he led the strategy process to restructure this acquisition. Mr. Findlay also managed the due diligence and strategy development for DuPont's acquisition of Liqui-Box, an integrated packaging company with a global business mandate. Futhermore, Mr. Findlay was a member of the strategy group which led to the sale of DuPont's Nylon business to Koch Industries. Mr. Findlay is a Director of various private companies and continues to be an advisor to E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Co., including an ongoing role with DuPont's Global Climate Change Initiative. Mr. Findlay holds a BSc degree from McGill University. | |
